People Prime Worldwide is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Recruitment to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, C2H and FTE hiring, team handling, stakeholder management, and client/POC handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
- Drive end-to-end C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and FTE (Full-Time Employment) recruitment.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Handle client relationships, stakeholders, POCs, candidates, and internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment requirements and escalations.
- Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, and timely closure of requirements.
- Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies and challenging requirements.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably in a Team Lead or Senior Recruiter role.
- Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H and FTE hiring.
- Experience in team handling,



mentoring, and achieving recruitment targets.
- Mandatory: Strong stakeholder management and client/POC handling experience.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

We are looking for candidates who have independently managed recruitment teams, handled clients and POCs, and delivered hiring targets while managing individual recruitment responsibilities. Important Note: Only relevant candidates with 4+ years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience will be considered. Candidates must have hands-on experience in team handling, client/POC handling, and C2H/FTE hiring.

Non-IT recruitment profiles and candidates with experience in other domains will not be considered. Please apply only if your experience matches the above requirements.
