Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and HR operations for a high volume of employees
, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Lead and manage a team of
4?5 Operations team members
.
- Track and ensure timely completion of the
AICP process
.
- Groom, guide, and support Operations team members to improve their performance and process knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Track and follow up on overdues and ensure timely closure.
- Streamline and improve day-to-day operations processes.
- Conduct and lead client and deputee meetings
.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, deputees, and the internal Operations team.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure processes are completed within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory:
Experience in the staffing industry

- Strong experience in payroll and HR operations

- Experience handling payroll for a high volume of employees

- Proven team-handling/leadership experience
.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
