Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Team Leader located in Agra. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency in all aspects of the business. They will work closely with various departments to streamline operations and drive growth.

Qualifications

- Operations Management, Team Leadership, and Process Optimization skills
- Experience in project management and strategic planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is a plus
