VERQON CORP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for a responsible and performance-oriented Team Leader to manage day-to-day BPO operations, guide team members, monitor productivity and quality, and ensure that operational targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in BPO operations, team handling, customer support, voice processes, or a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the daily performance of team members.
- Track KPIs such as productivity, quality, attendance, adherence and target achievement.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and shift adherence.
- Handle escalations and support agents in resolving operational issues.
- Prepare daily performance reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with HR and Quality Assurance (QA) teams regarding staffing, training and performance gaps.
- Conduct team briefings and communicate targets, process updates and SOPs.
- Identify underperforming employees and implement corrective action plans.




- Ensure that team members follow client instructions, process guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant BPO experience.
- Previous team-handling or acting-team-leader experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
- Ability to monitor KPIs and prepare daily reports.
- Problem-solving, coaching and escalation-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet operational deadlines.

Eligibility
- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Bhopal.
- Must be comfortable with the salary range of ₹15,000–₹17,000 per month and the applicable shift schedule.

Compensation ₹15,000–₹17,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, team-handling ability and interview performance.
