We are seeking a energetic and experienced Team Lead to join our team in the Jewellery Sales department. As the Team Lead-Everdays, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales performance in the Everdays category. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Officer (RSO), you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets in the Everdays category
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the RSO
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Previous experience in jewellery sales or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
