Role Description The Team Lead role at DUCAT India is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Team

Lead will oversee a team of trainers, coordinators, or support staff, ensuring training delivery meets organizational quality standards and learner expectations.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring daily operations, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving issues to maintain smooth functioning of batches and programs. The role involves coordinating with management on training schedules,



reporting performance metrics, and implementing process improvements.

The Team

Lead will also mentor team members, support communication with learners and corporate partners, and contribute to enhancing the overall training and placement ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with learners, trainers, and cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple batches, schedules, and administrative activities.
- Experience in an IT training, education, or related services environment, with familiarity in at least one major technology domain (e.g., software development, data, cloud, or digital marketing).
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges and support continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools for reporting, documentation, and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or a related field; advanced or relevant skilled certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is preferred, along with a learner-focused and inclusive approach to team and stakeholder management.
