Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in people management/Team Leader role
- Excellent communication skills
- Robust understanding of operational metrics: Accuracy, AHT, SL, Attrition, Shrinkage
- Lean/Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage
- Experience in Content Moderation as a Team Lead/Group Lead is preferred(Content moderation exp. not mandatory).

Additional Details:

- Shift: 24x7 (including night shifts)
- Location: Bangalore
- Qualification: Graduate
