Purpose - Why does this role exist?

To monitor Operational performance report, Analysis of conversion cost with annual plan & month plan, financial reports of JTMS P Ltd. (Associate Company), A scrutiny of creditors ledger & Statutory compliance.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

Budget vs Actual cost/ operating parameters.

Finalisation of Books of Accounts, Tax Audit, Tax compliance of Associate company.

Accounts Payable-Reconciliation of EPCG License & scrutiny of creditors ledger.

MIS, Sales Order estimate verification & profitability analysis (COPA) repo

Critical Tasks

MANDATORY- KRA’s and Key Activities

1. Process wise Operational performance report, Analysis of product wise conversion cost with Month / Annual plan & reasons for variance.
2. Analysis of Product wise & sales order wise profitability.
3. Financial Reports, Statutory and Tax Audit & Statutory compliance of JTMS P. Ltd. (Associate company of JSW)
4. Reconciliation of EPCG license & Scrutiny of Vendor ledger.
5. Preparation of Annual Budget plan.

Decision making authority (Decisions expected)



Work level decision making, Presentation of Data, facts & finding as per statutory requirements.

Educational Background and Work Experience

- CMA & MBA in Finance & Marketing with 10-15 years’ work experience

Working relations****hips – Stakeholders

Internal: Corporate officials, Branch officials, Employees & Contractors

External: Income Tax Department, GST & Service Tax Department, Banking officials & Statutory Auditor.

Key Success Factors – Challenges

Monitoring process wise operational parameters & Conversion cost, completion of Statutory compliance as per IND-AS, Work level decision making, Co-ordination & team work with Internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve goals & key activities.

Other information

A) Preparation of monthly salary & general expenses cheques. B) Maintaining employees Group Gratuity Fund account i.e. collection of approved documents & payment of gratuity to employees.
