Role Overview

We are looking for a Teacher Trainer who will be responsible for upskilling and mentoring assigned teachers through live trainings, mock sessions, and targeted interventions. This role plays a critical part in improving demo conversions, renewals, and overall teaching quality through continuous monitoring, feedback, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Coaching

- Conduct live training sessions for teachers focusing on pedagogy, delivery, and classroom

effectiveness.
- Conduct mock sessions regularly and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
- Plan and deliver targeted training sessions based on individual teacher gaps and performance data.
- Work closely with teachers on improvement areas to enhance demo quality and student engagement.

Performance Monitoring
- Actively track and analyze demo conversion and renewal data for assigned teachers.
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas using data insights.
- Create and execute improvement plans aligned with defined performance metrics.

Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with the Audit Team to align feedback and quality benchmarks.




- Work closely with the TSM (Teacher Success / Support Manager) team to share teacher feedback and action plans.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and implementation of recommended improvements.

Operational & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain and regularly update tracking sheets and reports using Google Sheets.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to assigned teachers.
- Ensure proper documentation of training outcomes, feedback, and teacher progress.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Highly proactive and ownership-driven approach.
- Patient and empathetic, with the ability to coach teachers constructively.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Robust adaptability to evolving training needs and diverse teacher profiles.

Tools & Technology Comfort
- Google Sheets (data tracking and basic analysis)
- Google Meet
- Camera-based training and mock sessions

Educational & Subject Requirements
- Strong background in Mathematics (mandatory).
- Experience with or knowledge of the American curriculum (preferred).
- Prior teaching or training experience for Grades 9–12 (mandatory)
