Reporting To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Experience: 0–10 years or as per school requirements

Qualification: Graduate degree with D.El.Ed. or B.Ed., as applicable, and CTET/State TET qualification where required.

Job Summary The Primary Teacher (PRT) is responsible for teaching students in the primary grades, generally Classes I to V. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, maintain classroom discipline, and support students' academic, social, and emotional development in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver lessons according to the prescribed curriculum and academic schedule.
- Teach primary-level subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), and other assigned subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Create a positive, inclusive,



and engaging learning environment.
- Assess students' learning through classwork, homework, tests, projects, and other activities.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support where needed.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behaviour.
- Develop students' communication, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Use interactive teaching methods, educational technology, and activity-based learning.
- Maintain attendance registers, assessment records, lesson plans, and other academic documentation.

- Effective implementation of lesson plans and curriculum.
- Classroom engagement and student participation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
