Salary: 18k to 20k gross salary along with PF & ESI

Job role: Conducting English & computer classes for degree students in the assigned colleges and improving their employability skills. Core Roles &

Responsibilities:  Responsible for conducting the skill training at assigned colleges of a SkillPlus cluster.  Responsible for the desired outcome (enhancement in employability and placement) of the SkillPlus students in the college  . Responsible for maintaining a healthy working relationship with the college principal, placement officer, and other staff of the college.  Responsible for organising and delivering the SkillPlus prescribed English Communication Skills and Life Skills course for making the students industry-ready  . Responsible for organising and delivering the SkillPlus prescribed computer skills course to make students industry-ready  .





Conducting periodic tests and reviewing and analyzing performance by students  . Providing individual feedback and mentorship to students.

Requirements:  Passionate about skilling youth  Good communication & computer skills  The candidate has to be flexible to travel/relocate.  Deep commitment towards training and self-upgradation.

Work locations: Gadag, Koppal, Uttara Kannada, Bagalkot, Belagavi, and Hubli Note: Selected candidates will get 2 months of residential training in Hubli along with salary and accommodation; following that, candidates have to be flexible to work in the assigned locations.
