We are looking for a Windchill Data Migration Consultant with hands-on experience in migrating CAD and engineering data into PTC Windchill PLM environments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data mapping, transformation, validation, and loading using Windchill migration tools and ETL technologies.

Must Have Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Windchill Data Migration projects.
- Strong experience in migrating CAD, Part, Document, and BOM data to PTC Windchill PLM.
- Experience in Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and Windchill migration utilities.
- Proficiency in Data Mapping, Data Transformation, and Data Loading activities.
- Hands-on experience with Pentaho ETL or similar ETL tools.
- Experience in creating and validating load files.
- Knowledge of custom and OOTB Windchill loaders.
- Understanding of migration strategies, data quality checks, and validation processes.
- Experience in applying business rules during data migration.




- Ability to analyze source data from legacy PLM/PDM systems and transform it for Windchill.

Valuable to Have Skills

- Experience with Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, AutoCAD, or other CAD systems.
- Exposure to PLM implementation or upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of BOM migration and CAD Document migration.
- Client-facing experience and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end Windchill data migration activities.
- Analyze source system data and define mapping rules.
- Develop and execute migration, transformation, and validation processes.
- Create load files and perform bulk data loading into Windchill.
- Identify and resolve migration-related data issues.
- Collaborate with business users, PLM consultants, and technical teams.
- Conduct migration testing, reconciliation, and data verification activities.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
