Hiring: Team Lead EVBV/PA | US Healthcare RCM

Experience: 5 to 7 years in US Healthcare RCM
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead and manage a team handling EVBV/Benefits Verification and/or Prior Authorization processes.
- Monitor productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and overall team performance.
- Handle process and client escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare guidelines and payer requirements.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports using MS Excel.
- Drive team performance, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Robust communication, leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with a short notice period may also be considered.
