Candidates will be based at our Coimbatore delivery center and must be available to work night shifts (from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST).
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering/Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering and Manufacturing roles, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Managers and Account Managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering and Manufacturing positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Ensure a positive candidates experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours when needed to meet urgent recruitment demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in engineering or Manufacturing recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical/engineering roles and Manufacturing industry requirements.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
