Pardot, Klaviyo, AI Agent Builders).

The Role

Find the top 1% of MarTech freelancers in the US and LatAm on LinkedIn and onboard them into BuildHippo. Quality over volume.

Key Responsibilities

- Source freelance / independent MarTech consultants in the US and LatAm on LinkedIn.
- Join and engage in MarTech, Salesforce, SFMC, HubSpot, Marketo and MOps groups on LinkedIn.
- Identify the top 1% 5+ years platform experience, current certifications, real delivered projects, strong recommendations.
- US: onboard only US Citizens, Green Card holders and other independent senior consultants. No H1B H1B holders cannot work as freelancers in the US.
- Write personalised outreach that senior consultants reply to.
- Onboard each consultant into BuildHippo complete profile, skills, rate, availability, work authorisation.
- Track every prospect in the CRM. Report weekly numbers, split US and LatAm.





Must Have

- Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing or headhunting, ideally for US roles.
- Active LinkedIn account with a robust network.
- Excellent written English.
- Ability to judge technical profiles and spot inflated CVs.
- Understanding of US work authorisation (Citizen, Green Card, H1B, 1099, C2C).
- Available 5:00 PM 1:00 AM IST, with power and internet backup.

Good to Have: LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Recruiter • MarTech platform knowledge • Salesforce knowledge • LatAm sourcing experience • Spanish or Portuguese

Compensation Strictly Performance Based

- Up to INR 75,000 per month.
- Base: INR 30,000 per month.
- INR 2,000 for each consultant onboarded.
- INR 10,000 for each onboarded consultant placed with a client.
- 60-day evaluation period if you miss the onboarding target, the engagement ends.
