We are looking for a talent/creator management skilled with a background in media, influencer marketing,



or a digital agency to manage and grow our creator network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent.
- Manage creator communication, collaborations, deliverables, and campaigns.
- Pitch creators to brands based on campaign requirements.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines with creators.
- Track creator performance, engagement, and brand collaborations.
- Identify high-potential creators and support their growth and monetization.
- Maintain updated creator databases and daily activity reports.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in talent/creator management, influencer marketing, or media agency is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and the creator ecosystem.
- Ability to identify trends and promising creators.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Mumbai candidates are preferred; immediate joiners will be an advantage.
