- Candidates with experience in a recruitment consultancy / consulting firm only .
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Knowledge of AI-based sourcing tools and techniques will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
