We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities along with assisting in basic pharma marketing operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, follow-ups, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination for assigned positions

Post job openings on portals, social media, and other relevant platforms

Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers

Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates

Maintain candidate database and track hiring status

Ensure timely follow-ups for position closures

Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities

Maintain recruitment reports and trackers

Coordinate with vendors for marketing activities and campaigns





Follow up on product-based inputs and campaign execution

Assist in planning and tracking promotional activities

Ensure timely communication and coordination with field teams

Maintain records of campaign activities and vendor interactions

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good coordination and follow-up ability

Basic understanding of recruitment processes

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Eligibility Criteria

BBA Graduate

Diploma Course in Talent Acquisition

Freshers with solid coordination skills can also apply

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
