Role Description This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher) role based in Pune City, offered in a hybrid work model with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer and onboarding processes.

Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, posting job advertisements, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.



The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, attending hiring events when required, and preparing basic recruitment reports and documentation. As a fresher, the specialist will receive guidance and training, while being expected to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned recruitment tasks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing to assess candidate suitability and coordinate selection steps.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote the organization and enhance candidate engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time well, and handle multiple openings simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and interest in talent acquisition; prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; candidates from other disciplines with solid interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with online job portals or professional networking platforms is beneficial.
