We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our HR team at our manufacturing plant located in NSEZ, Noida. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for non-technical, plant-based, and manufacturing roles.

Candidates with prior experience working in a manufacturing organization or handling plant recruitment will be preferred.

This is a one-year contractual opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical, plant-based, and manufacturing positions.
- Handle recruitment for functions such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Stores, Administration, HR, Finance, and other support functions.
- Understand hiring requirements through detailed discussions with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, offer rollouts, and joining formalities in coordination with relevant teams.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets within agreed timelines.
- Track recruitment metrics,



including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and recruitment pipeline status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in non-technical recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, plant, or industrial environments.
- Prior experience recruiting for plant-level and manufacturing-related positions will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Good stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.
- Solid candidate assessment, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work from the NSEZ, Noida plant location.
- Must be comfortable with a one-year contractual assignment,
