Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of positions across multiple departments and business verticals.

1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

1. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Coordination

* Partner with department heads to understand job requirements,



hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to management.
- Support hiring across sales, operations, technology, education, marketing, finance, and leadership functions.

1. Recruitment Performance & Reporting

* Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, joining ratios, and hiring productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and hiring budgets.

1. Employer Branding & Talent Strategy

* Promote SNVA Group as an employer of choice.
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with recruitment partners, institutions, and qualified communities.
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools and technology to improve hiring efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
- 2–8 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience hiring for multiple functions and managing several open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver measurable hiring outcomes.
