Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru North. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse roles within the organization.

The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create accurate job descriptions, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines,



managing applicant tracking systems, conducting interviews, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding activities. The role also contributes to employer branding efforts by promoting Promilo’s culture and opportunities across relevant platforms and events.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
- Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing candidates across different levels and functions.
- Skills in Employer Branding, with the capability to represent Promilo’s values and opportunities across digital channels and in-person events.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Understanding of campus hiring and early-career talent markets is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
