Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for open positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Analyze data to track recruitment metrics and improve future sourcing strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to source high-quality candidates through effective networking, research, and outreach efforts.
- Strong understanding of the IT, NON IT & Technical services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build robust relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
