Our Need

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in both Volume and Executive hiring.The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Experience : 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification : Any degree with MBA HR

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans based on business needs
- Sourcing Active and passive candidates through social networks.
- Partnering with hiring managers on intake meetings to define role requirements.
- Managing the end-to-end interview process & candidate evaluations.
- Handling offer management, compensation negotiations, and closing candidates.




- Coordinate with business stakeholders/hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS/HRMS.

- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition .
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing .
- Good understanding of Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Solid follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Qualification Any Graduate with MBA HR equivalent qualification.
