About the Role

InfoBeans is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hiring for Oracle technologies , along with experience in ServiceNow and Salesforce recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing suitable candidates to coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring successful candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Prioritise recruitment for Oracle technologies , including Oracle Fusion and other Oracle-related skills.
- Source and screen candidates for Oracle, ServiceNow, and Salesforce requirements.
- Use Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing methods to identify suitable candidates.
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements to identify candidates with the right technical skills and experience.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical experience, communication skills, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and technical panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and collect timely feedback.
- Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.




- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates to minimise offer dropouts and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming IT requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong experience in Oracle recruitment is the top priority.
- Experience hiring for ServiceNow and Salesforce technologies is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of Oracle technologies, including Oracle Fusion and related modules, is preferred.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other recruitment platforms.
- Robust candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritise urgent positions.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to drive candidates through the complete hiring process.
- A target-oriented approach with a focus on quality hiring, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with proven hands-on experience in Oracle hiring will be given priority.
- Experience working on niche and challenging IT requirements.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment requirements from sourcing to joining.
- Strong ownership, time management, and coordination skills.
