Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing, automobile, or automotive industry, with strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions, skill requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate suitability for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for timely feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



candidate databases, and regular hiring status reports.
- Manage candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and follow-ups until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality and a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing, automobile, or automotive industry will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Compensation & Work Location
- Salary: Up to 40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Location: Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years.
