About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy working independently, handling multiple requirements, and using modern sourcing channels and recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
- Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups and manage offer negotiations.




- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness and closures.
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Use ATS, recruitment platforms and AI-based sourcing tools effectively.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions independently.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
