Job Purpose

To ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient hiring of talent that drives organizational success. The role focuses on the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, selection, onboarding, and employer branding enhancing candidate experience and ensuring process compliance. The incumbent acts as a strategic talent partner who connects business needs with workforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and JDs.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and campus hiring.
3. Build and maintain an updated candidate database.
4.



Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews to assess technical, behavioural, and cultural fit.
5. Administer and coordinate technical, behavioural, and psychometric assessments.
6. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
7. Manage background verification, offer preparation, salary negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
8. Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for management.
9. Coordinate and negotiate with recruitment consultants and hiring/assessment vendors.
10. Ensure timely candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
11. Develop relationships with placement cells, institutes, and recruitment partners.
12. Stay updated on TA technology, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
