Key Responsibilities

1. Workforce Planning &
- Requisition Management

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

- Develop clear job descriptions and hiring strategies.

- Manage and track open requisitions.

1. Sourcing &
- Talent Attraction

- Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).

- Leverage social media platforms and professional networks.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.

- Conduct employer branding activities.

1. Screening &
- Evaluation

- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening interviews.

- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.

- Assess candidate fit based on skills, culture, and role requirements.

1. Stakeholder &
- Candidate Management

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress.

- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.

1. Offer Management &
- Negotiation

- Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations.





- Roll out offer letters and ensure documentation compliance.

- Handle pre-joining engagement and follow-ups.

1. Onboarding Support

- Coordinate with HR Operations for seamless onboarding.

- Ensure documentation and background verification are completed.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Certification in Talent Acquisition (preferred but not mandatory)

- Experience hiring across IT / Non-IT / Leadership roles (customize as needed)
