Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions.

The specialist will build and maintain talent pipelines, collaborate with leaders to understand workforce needs, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings,



leveraging multiple channels for recruiting, promoting Divinelane’s employer brand, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The role also involves partnering with HR and operations teams to support onboarding and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Skills in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and evaluate candidates objectively.
- Experience in Employer Branding and promoting organizational culture across job postings, social media, and candidate interactions.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruitment tools or platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting for retail, customer-facing, or sales roles is an advantage; interest in spirituality or gemstone/jewelry sectors is a plus.
