Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting to support hiring needs across CS Realty Official’s operations in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and guiding applicants through offer and onboarding processes.

The specialist will maintain an organized recruitment pipeline, ensure a positive candidate experience, and use data to refine hiring strategies. In addition,



the role includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, building talent pools for future roles, and ensuring recruitment practices align with company values and legal compliance.

Specialist will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to meet staffing goals in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Strong interviewing and hiring skills, with the ability to assess both role fit and culture fit.
- Background in employer branding, with experience promoting the organization to attract quality talent.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, local labor laws, and fair, non-discriminatory hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and common productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in talent acquisition or HR are an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate or a fast-paced growth environment is beneficial.
