Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, and closing positions within agreed timelines.





Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions across various departments.
- Understand job requirements and manpower needs in coordination with department heads.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews, management rounds, and final discussions.
- Follow up with selected candidates

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
