Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.

- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions and offer negotiations.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Manage bulk hiring for retail or operational roles where required

- Handle mid-level and senior lateral hiring

Requirements

- Graduate degree required. MBA in HR preferred

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

- Experience in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or consumer industry preferred

- Familiarity with ATS or HRMS tools such as Keka or Zoho is an advantage.

- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Salary upto 30k
