Key Responsibilities

- Drive sourcing of candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and internal databases

- Screen profiles based on job requirements and shortlist relevant candidates

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams

- Follow up with candidates across all interview stages to ensure smooth pipeline movement.

- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

- Use Boolean search and platform filters to identify relevant talent pools

- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS / recruitment trackers

- Ensure timely updates on candidate status and hiring progress

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities

- Coordinate feedback collection and ensure quick turnaround on candidate evaluation

- Act as a point of contact between candidates and internal recruitment teams

Recruitment Reporting

- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment dashboards and MIS reports

- Track sourcing metrics such as submissions, interview ratios, and closures





- Support recruiter productivity tracking and pipeline building.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors in Any Graduate (preferred HR specialization)

- 2 - 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
