Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, R&D;, Production, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM and Corporate functions.
- Handle niche & technical hiring across defence manufacturing and engineering domains.
- Build talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and industry mapping.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers for critical positions.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and joining closures.
- Develop robust talent pools from Defence, Aerospace & advanced engineering companies.
- Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.

Candidate Specifications

- Experience: 5–8 years | Location: Delhi

•Defence/Aerospace/Manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
