About the Role

We are expanding our lateral hiring practice and are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to support hiring for our strategic multinational client in the Financial Services, Asset Management and Commercial Real Estate space, with a focus on US Mortgage and Real Estate-related hiring.

This is a 100% Individual Contributor role with end-to-end ownership of hiring mandates and stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, a commercial mindset and a consistent focus on quality and timely hiring closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment for Mid-Senior to Leadership-level positions.
- Manage hiring mandates across Financial Services, Asset Management, Commercial Real Estate, Operations, Functional and Technology domains.
- Drive hiring for US Mortgage / Real Estate-related functions, wherever applicable.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, define talent profiles and independently drive mandates.
- Develop and maintain high-quality talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through stakeholder coordination, interview management, offer management and closure.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted recruitment partner throughout the hiring process.
- Proactively identify and engage relevant talent through multiple sourcing channels.
- Maintain solid candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and maintain recruitment data,



including pipeline health, hiring progress, TAT, closures and other key recruitment metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of candidate and hiring information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Leverage ATS and recruitment technology effectively for candidate tracking, pipeline management, reporting and recruitment process management.
- Provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent and timely closures against defined hiring requirements and targets.

Desired Profile

- Strong experience in lateral recruitment, preferably covering Mid-Senior to Leadership-level hiring.
- Prior recruitment experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, Commercial Real Estate or related sectors.
- Exposure to US Mortgage / US Real Estate hiring will be preferred.
- Experience hiring across Operations, Functional and Technology roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to independently manage senior business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple hiring mandates from requirement initiation through closure.
- Strong ownership and commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable hiring outcomes.
- Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on numbers, closures, quality and TAT.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technology, including candidate tracking, pipeline management and recruitment reporting.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and market mapping.
- Strong candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, negotiation and offer-closure capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to use data to monitor and improve hiring performance.
