Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
- Source and identify candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and competency assessments.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
- Use Boolean search techniques and innovative sourcing methods to identify relevant talent.
- Leverage AI-based recruitment tools and sourcing techniques to improve recruitment efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates from corporate/in-house recruitment teams alone will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with recruitment consultancy experience and robust Non-IT hiring expertise.
