India's leading NBFC-MFIs is Looking for:**** Talent Acquisition Manager Talent Acquisition (40%)

- Support field recruitment and hiring coordination.
- Release Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.
- Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment analysis reports.
- Identify recruitment gaps and drive closure support.

Talent Management & HR Analytics (60%)

- Maintain High Potential (HiPo) employee database.
- Manage KRA/KPI records and tracking.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and analytics reports.
- Support talent review, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.




- Generate workforce insights and recommendations through data analysis.

Desired Profile

- Exposure to Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience in dashboard preparation and MIS reporting.
