- Lead Succession Planning to build a robust internal talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive Talent and Performance Management initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Lead talent and performance calibration processes across India and ensure effective governance of talent programs and policies.
- Drive Talent Exposure and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and implement relevant Talent Management best practices to enhance employee and leadership effectiveness.
- Manage external vendors and SLAs supporting Talent Management programs.
