What We're Looking For
Must-have
- 8 to 12 years of progressive TA experience, ideally in technology, consulting, SaaS, GCC, or high-growth environments
- Strong track record hiring for leadership, technical, and business-critical roles
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Solid grasp of talent markets, sourcing strategy, assessment methods, and recruitment analytics
- High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity building structure where process is still evolving
- A builder mindset: energized by creating and scaling, not by operating inside an already-built machine Strongly preferred
- Experience with US/global hiring
- Prior experience in an organization going through rapid scale-up
