ParamAIQ is building the AI brain for Indian law. Our agentic AI platform helps lawyers research, draft, and manage matters in a fraction of the time, powered by our proprietary 7-Gate Verification Framework that keeps AI answers accurate and trustworthy.

We're not adding AI to old tools. We're building the foundation for how legal work gets done in India.

Why This Role Matters

Our product is only as good as the people building it. You'll be the one finding them.

You'll hire our first engineers, AI/ML builders, data scientists, legal minds, and business leaders, and you'll sit next to the founders while you do it. Your hires will decide how fast we move and who we become. This isn't a recruiter seat. It's a team-builder seat.

What You'll Own

- Hire the builders: AI, ML, data, LLM, and agentic AI engineers, plus legal, product, sales, and ops talent.
- Find the unfindable: Source from LinkedIn, GitHub, AI communities, campuses, and your own network, including people who aren't looking.
- Close with conviction: Sell our vision, negotiate smartly, and win top talent without big-company budgets.
- Build the hiring engine: Create lean processes, trackers, and metrics from scratch.
- Shape our brand: Make ParamAIQ the startup AI talent wants to join.




- Be a hiring partner to the founders: Plan roles, timelines, and priorities as we scale.

What You Bring

- 5 to 7 years in talent acquisition, ideally at startups or fast-growing tech companies
- Proven hiring across AI, ML, data, and engineering, and the confidence to assess technical talent
- Experience hiring non-tech roles too, and the flexibility to switch gears when priorities change
- Robust grasp of the AI landscape (LLMs, agents, ML, data) and who's actually good at it
- Great communication and a knack for closing candidates
- Zero attitude, 100% humility: mission over ego, always
- Fire in the belly: you love building under tight constraints and get it done
- Ready to work from our Mumbai office
