Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm [with additional hours as required]

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create explicit, accurate job

descriptions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals,

and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth

interview experience.
- Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote the employer brand through job postings, social media, and recruitment events to attract top

talent.




- Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events to enhance visibility and candidate

engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and hiring activities in the Applicant Tracking

System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to measure hiring effectiveness and provide insights for

improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Handle sensitive candidate information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
