Talent Acquisition Intern - Sports

About the Role

We run sports programs across 130+ schools in 9 cities. As a Talent Acquisition Intern in the Central Sports Team, you will help us find and hire PE Teachers, Sports Experts (coaches) and Sports Managers for our schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, sports institutes, colleges and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round calls to check eligibility, sport specialization and availability
- Coordinate interviews, demo sessions and trials with the Sports team and school leadership
- Maintain a candidate tracker with vacancy status, pipeline stage and follow-ups
- Draft and post job advertisements for sports roles
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities

Roles You Will Hire For

- PE Teachers: school-level physical education – B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed,



Sports Specific Specialization
- Sports Experts: Football, Basketball, Chess, Taekwondo, Roller Skating and Swimming coaches
- Sports Managers: school and city-level sports operations

Who Can Apply

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or MBA/BBA in HR, Physical Education or a related field
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with calls, Excel/Google Sheets and LinkedIn
- Interest in sports and an understanding of coaching qualifications is an advantage
