Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the organization, working closely with hiring managers and HR team members. This full-time, on-site position based in Noida involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, updating recruitment trackers, assisting with employer branding activities, and supporting onboarding logistics.

The intern will help ensure a positive candidate experience, contribute to process improvement,



and learn best practices in talent acquisition in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess candidate fit and support selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, contributing to recruitment marketing and enhancing the organization’s brand presence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields; current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree program is preferred.
