- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Update and maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.
- Assist in offer rollout, document collection, and onboarding activities.
- Support campus hiring, recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics as required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain skilled communication.
