Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills, along with the ability to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer rollout and candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Develop effective Boolean search strings and leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and location preferences.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand job requirements, candidate expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interview panels, and ensure timely interview feedback.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring requirements through proactive sourcing.
- Track recruitment metrics, including submissions, interview conversions, selections, offers, offer acceptance, and candidate joining ratios.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and regular hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work towards meeting individual hiring targets and recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
