About the Role

Infinity Learn is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and building a strong talent pipeline to support our business growth.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with an opportunity to be converted to a full-time employee from the 7th month based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment reports.
- Develop and implement creative talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends,



recruitment practices, and sourcing techniques.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ATS, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
