The Role

We need an HR & Admin Executive to own our hiring process and keep day-to-day HR and office operations running smoothly. About 90% of the role is recruitment and 10% is office administration.

Recruitment (≈90%)

- Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and create or update JDs
- Find candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes, run HR screening calls, and shortlist suitable profiles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and panel members
- Keep the recruitment tracker updated and share regular pipeline status
- Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and joining status




- Handle salary discussions, offer rollout, and joining documentation

Office Administration (≈10%)

- Look after the pantry: tea/coffee, snacks, drinking water, and supplies stock
- Make sure housekeeping keeps the office clean and organised
- Manage stationery, courier, printing, and filing
- Supervise the office boy and assign daily tasks

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 1–2 years in recruitment and HR/office administration
- Sound knowledge of sourcing methods and job portals
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to juggle hiring and admin tasks
- Basic understanding of HR documentation and labour laws

Positive to Have

- Prior experience in an IT company
- Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
