Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for lateral hires, IT recruitment, and corporate recruitment through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in an IT industry setting.
- Solid understanding of IT sourcing, IT hiring, technical recruitment, and lateral hiring processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
