Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Who Can Apply?
- Only Non IT candidates can apply .
- Candidates with Fresher to 2 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
